Has he ever said he can beat anyone at 126 or 130? has he called anyone out at those weights? and then ducked others at those weights?

He said he could beat Lomachenko then turned down the fight when it was offered to him.

I've kinda noticed that too I must admit.

              I'm critical of both.

This pretty much sums it all up

                Floyd is the biggest one
                Then in no particular order
                Ward
                GGG
                Cotto
                Canelo
                Khan
Pretty much anyone who is relevant

I'd say the Mayweather Vs Cotto/Canelo fights can fit into that category.

In the build up it was about 'Cotto being comfortable at 154 pounds'. Mayweather saying that he doesn't count Cotto's loss to Pacquiao as a loss..as he was forced to come in light. Ellerbe talking about how those extra few pounds can turn the opponent into a dead man walking.

Then came the the Canelo fight.

Andre Ward said he could move up and beat a Klitschko.

But he's afraid to fight a bona fide light heavyweight, instead wants smaller men to move up in weight to fight him at 175.
