Anyway...

Cotto is fighting in the middleweight division. He's a middleweight. Stop arguing bull****. It's simple logic. You fight in the middleweight division, you are therefore classified as being a middleweight.
But GGG isn't a super middleweight. He has no titles in that division, and has never fought anyone at that weight. Ward should stop bullying Golovkin, right? That's your bull**** excuse for Cotto/Canelo. There's no basis for arguing against Canelo/Cotto and arguing for Golovkin/Ward. I don't think you really like GGG. It's okay, I don't like James Butler and I'll admit that for some other boxers who I can't think of at the moment.
Cotto used the WBC title as a negotiating tactic against Canelo. Not just that, but, Cotto also apparently already signed a contract to pay Golovkin to step-aside. I'm still iffy on the translation we received, but if it's the case where Cotto is saying, "I don't need to pay you since I don't have the WBC belt", he is going to get sued and probably lose in court to Golovkin.
Which is valid--- off the top of my head I was under the impression that sanctioned bouts were always a maximum of 3% of the revenue of a fight, with a limit of $300,000. Cotto should have been aware of this (He's been a champion for how long again...?), and so it seems like he always had this intention to reneg on the deal.
You have a point in that respect. In conclusion, Cotto should be stripped BUT if he doesn't fight GGG, it doesn't count as a duck. He is too small for GGG. He knows this. He should give up the belt if he doesn't plan on fighting GGG. As for Canelo, he is not a middleweight. He makes 155lbs comfortably. He WILL fight GGG as soon as he moves up. Neither fighter is afraid of GGG. Floyd is but not these two!

GGG will win this battle!!! because Cotto and GGG agreed on 800k b4 Cotto-Canelo was signed, and now that WBC stripped Cotto then its between Cotto and WBC
Its easy to understand, 800k was between GGG-Cotto ONLY, so when GGG steps aside for Cotto-Canelo to gets signed then at that moment Cotto owes him 800k.
whereas 300k was between Cotto-WBC ONLY, so when WBC stripped him then it doesnt change the fact that GGG already stepped aside to let Cotto-Canelo gets signedLast edited by rajaomair; 11-19-2015, 12:58 PM.

[QUOTE=GOD-FR33;16243582][B][FONT="Century Gothic"][SIZE="3"]Do you have a problem with me saying that Cotto has earned his stripes and the right to fight who he wants? Why did you quote me saying that he is a first ballad HOF'mer? Are you a hater? Or......? Like I said, I like GGG BUT he should've fought Ward at 168lbs. if he REALLY wanted to fight him. No? He would get his ass beat in a fight against Ward. He's being a bully by calling out Cotto and Canelo right now. THEY ARE NOT MIDDLEWEIGHTS!!!!!!! Cotto just vacated the belt so now GGG can get back to unifying the belts.
The guy was laughing at you for this. What's this? Are you talking about music?Last edited by BoxingIsGreat; 11-19-2015, 12:52 PM.

Turdlovekin and his trainer, Super Mario are a bunch of phonies.exactly!!! he still wants a fight... I knew they were full of shiiit. Makes even more sense why they ducked Ward.

Also going after the small business (Cotto) instead of the big business (WBC) proves my point. I really dont blame Cotto if he didnt want to pay 2million dollars to the WBC especailly if he dont plan on representing them. These boxers and promoters suing each other while these alphabet organizations run rapid has to stop. This would all stop after a class action lawsuit from an entire entity slapped them in the face. Imagine if all PBC fighters filed suit against the WBC, WBA, IBF, or WBO? This would set up alot of cases to be heard in bankruptcy court.
Cotto had no problem "representing" the WBC during negotiations with Canelo to gain any advantage financially he could.
Wtf does the PBC have to do with anything? They should worry about their guys fighting each other, not the WBC...
