Did anyone of you read that some of the money that Cotto would've had to pay for his belt was step aside money for lil g. But this is funny, lil g wanted a big fight but wouldnt come down in weight to get it so now he's at a disadvantage when negotiating, cause if he wants a big fight with someone other than Ward (we know he dont want That) he's gonna have to come down in weight. If Cotto wins, the Canelo fight for lil g will be meanigless, Cotto will be holding all the marbles and his promoter is none other than Roc Nation, Wards promoter ...lol

Cotto's been a disgrace as a MW champ. And all the $$$ in the world can't buy his dignity back. Whatever, GGG doesn't seem too upset about it. Only in your mind are these things flipped.

LOL....flip flopping now?!....hahaha!!! What happen w/ all the we are not after Cotto just the belt talk? This is what I don't get, Cotto get mass amount of hate for being honest,,,ppl call him all kind of names for him saying the truth... that he fights for money and will take the best option for him and his family. These other mfs are in this sport for the same ****, but they hide behind other stuff...but for many here they are warriors and straight up fighters!!!

All I know is if he wants Cotto now, he'll need to go down to 154 and I wont be surprise if Cotto even says 153 or no fight!!!

Basically, GGG wants MONEY. What a surprise!

So Golovkin says he would still fight Cotto even without a belt in dispute because it is "more money".

This means, if Canelo wins and vacates, GGG still wants a big payday with Cotto.

It also means: if Cotto wins, who cares about Canelo any more? He would want a fight with Cotto just for the payday.

But he has also said that he would make 154 for Mayweather exclusively. I'll bet he would do it for Manny as well. But of course he would not mention this, to keep his options open for his biggest possible payday ever, vs. Mayweather.

So GGG is in it for the money and I can't blame him, he is just like everyone else, money is his prime motive now, God bless America, the land of opportunity!

He's getting hate because he held a belt hostage for well over a year with no intention of fighting his mandatory. He strung people along and used it as a tool in negotiations to gain leverage in a big money fight. He has no integrity. Doesn't matter how anyone feels about the WBC. You think he's the first fighter to pay a sanctioning fee in addition to step aside money? This is nothing but a convenient excuse. What's best for his family?...as if a couple hundred K are going to make or break him.

But, but I thought GGG just wanted to unify the belts. So, how is it he's saying it would make him more money and give him more popularity?

                      Stop spreading lies bra'.

Cotto had one voluntary defense which he took. Nothing wrong with that.

Cotto offer to pay the WBC 125K on top of the 800K for a total of 925K and the WBC as the crocks they are wanted 300K and attempt to pressure Cotto to pay or be stripped.

King Cotto let them know who the true boss is: Yeap you got it Cotto is!

So, if 925K is not enough for the WBC then #***theWBC !
