I thought Oscar said the winner fight Lemieux vs Golovkin and now it's up to Canelo to fight at 160 or 155? So he can fight Cotton at 160 but for GGG it's up to his body?

For Cotto, he dropped WBC belt now so in case he wins against Canelo, he wont look ****** to refuse to fight GGG for the belt.

Not fair , GGG can fight Froch at 168 but needs 164 for Ward , each fight has its own A side and its on terms , Canelo dictates terms for his best intrest the same as any other fighter in the game , i dont like it but as even GGG team showed , no one does it differently.

After reading the article I don't see wtf Oscar is *****ing about. Cotto drops the belt so as not to pay a high sanction fee. Canelo is still fighting for the belt if he wins he gets the belt no matter which way it went. Situation is the same. Only Cotto is affected by this win or lose.

Why is Oscar crying? Cotto not paying sanctioning fees in no way messes with Alvarez fighting for the title.

Makes the headline fight of the card look less impressive for one thing. It is a deek move by The Diva to drop the belt a few days before a huge PPV fight for the title. This is one of the top 3 boxing cards this year. And hate the WBC all you want, but that's within the range of their fee for a high profile fight like this. IOW Diva Cotto knew the rules coming in, he just thinks he can string along any and everyone no matter the consequences. Obvious if you look at it w/o blinders. I'll be one happy guy watching Canelo dismantle this goofball. Cotto has had a great career, but his attitude in recent years of thinking he's the king of the sport is really pathetic.
