David Haye comes back with Shane Mcguigan

Do you think Hearn would be crazy enough to match Joshua up with Haye?
As it stands AJ already looks certain to be on PPV from now on which is pretty crazy considering he's not fought a single good opponent yet, well Kingpin was a sort of name a good win only since it was a KO over him since he's never been stopped.
It's just crazy to have a guy that's never beat someone that good to be headlining a PPV fight just because of an amateur fight several years ago, its absolutely madness but I guess Eddie is hyping this up even better than Price was when he still had his 0.
Imagine having AJ as your fighter for a second. Outside of Wlad, who would you really say beat Joshua for sure? No one in my mind. I know he's not proven etc etc, but neither is Haye at heavyweight. He's a big puncher and all, but Joshua would by far, BY FAR be his best win at heavyweight. If you believe you have the best heavyweight on the planet, then matching him up with people like Haye makes sense - also because it would be the biggest heavyweight fight since Bruno-Lewis.Comment

I still remember watching Jousha in the Olympics and was shaken by that Chinese fella...well i think it was the chinese fella?, he was shaken up by someone anyways....
Ant looks promising, but he also looks a bit stiff, and i just have this feeling, soon as someone lands a clean shot, it'll be lights out
There is something David Price like about Jousha.
As it stands Jousha doesnt have the boxing brain of Wlad...
and Haye wobbled Wlad, who is extremely difficult to catch clean.
It's all if's and but's with Joshua, but I don't think there is anything so far to suggest he will end up like David Price.
His chin is untested, but that's not his fault.Comment

You don't have a clue what Joshua is like over 12 rounds. At least wait until he's been in with someone who throws punches back before you start deep throating.Comment

Why wouldn't he match up Joshua with Haye?

In one case you could have Haye lose which Hearn needs to happen and from it AJ's stock rises tenfold and rightfully so but the other is Haye does what most might expect him to do and be too elusive for AJ and box circles around him and KO him then we're back to rebuilding.
There's a good few fighters I would fancy to beat him with Pulev, Wladimir, Povetkin, Jennings, Ortiz and Haye really who knows at this point one things certain I believe in his power now hence why I wont say for sure that he will lose any of those fights mentioned I just want to see how he copes with a better mover and someone who can counter Jennings might be that man to try him out.Comment

Hmm I guess so, it's a big risk even bigger than the Price Vs Thompson fight.

Pulev, Ortiz, Jennings? Really? Joshua would beat them all in one night I think. Seriously. I'm not joking.
Of course guys like Povetkin, Wilder and Haye are big threats - But would you say for sure they beat Joshua? I wouldn't. And he's only had 15 or so fights. If he's as good as I think he is, then none of those guys would beat him in 2017.
I can honestly say that I haven't seen another heavyweight with that kind of game come on the scene since an early Wladimir Klitschko and that includes Povetkin, Wilder and those kind of guys and it definitely includes Price.Comment

Jousha looks good, but he's been matched up against bums and boxers on the verge of retirement
He's never taken any punishment, we dont know what he is truly made of.
We don't know anything about his stamina, his chin, his boxing brain.
So far all i see is a big lad with power, who isnt scared to come forwards and let his hands go,
but he looks a bit stiff if you ask me, i just have this bad feeling about him.Comment

Price was always chinny though. He got floored by Tyson Fury in the amateurs and got knocked out in the Olympic semis.
I don't know why people thought he was going to be great.Comment

Price looked like a beast till he was matched up aganist TT, who broke his confidence

People, incl. myself wanted Price to be good - We wanted him to be better than he was. He was NEVER as talented as Joshua. He could never do was Joshua can do now.
I don't know why people say he looks stiff. When? He looks smooth to me. Honestly. Good footwork, pumping jab, throws the uppercuts, hooks, checkhooks, left and right. Can move and slip.
He's not stiff at all.Comment

Ive heard stories about Jousha gettin dropped in sparring, not sure how much truth there is in that, but these same stories were out there about Price as well
Anyways from what i see, Jousha looks a bit stiff, top heavy, i can see him dropping like a bag of cement whens someone lands clean. He goes in for the kill with his chin up in the air, i dont feel he uses his reach advantage and size properly.Comment
