BoxingScene.com recently caught up with WBC super middleweight champion Badou Jack (20-1-1). This site recently reported that WBC President Mauricio Suliaman and Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. were both on board with a potential Jack-Chavez Jr. showdown. Chavez Jr. is currently rehabbing an injured hand.
Jack said that he is very interested in facing the former WBC middleweight champion and said that he would would train for the version of Chavez Jr. who stopped current WBO middleweight champion Andy Lee in 2012.
