Nothing Oscar said is different from other hall of fame fighters like Lennox Lewis, Hagler, Trinidad, Tyson just to name a few are all on record this year taking shots and calling Floyd boring and not taking more risks in or outside the ring in picking opponents. So floyd fans saying Oscar is just jealous even though millions of fans accuse Floyd of this and there are countless hall of fame greats who are saying the same thing. I guess lewis, oscar, trinidad, hagler, Tyson all just jealous of floyd? It's rare you see any of Floyd's hall of fame peers give him respect. And when they do give him one compliment it's usually a back hand compliment followed by a shot at him. Why is that? So again Oscar ain't making this stuff up and rather then talk about those issues Oscar brought up he taking personal shots at oscar to change the debate. He could of said no comment like he does when asked these days about his domestic violence or links to PEDS and the IV he got. Instead he chose to comment and talk basically exclusively about Oscar out side the ring and did little to address his criticism in the ring.

1. Oscar said Floyds fights are boring. Floyd responds, "If my fights were so boring, why did you promote them? Why did you help me sell them? Why did you make money off them? Why were they PPV success?"

2. Oscar said Floyd doesn't fight fighters in their prime.
Floyd responds, "I beat all the guys YOU handpicked off YOUR roster, Before each fight, you constantly said these fighter were XYZ, they can beat me. Was it all just about the money to Oscar?"

3. Oscar said Floyd doesn't take risks.
Floyd responds, "I fought the late great Genero Henandez at 21. I fought him for a title and beat him, I wasn't too young."

All 3 points hit on in this article that you CLEARLY didn't read.

Also, Oscar's recent comments on Canelo is further proving Floyds point on how Hypocritical and jealous Oscar is because the same things he is criticizing Floyd for, he is instructing Canelo to do.

Anyone calls it like its when it comes to Floyd are either one of two things :

I agree that some of the things Oscar said was true however the manner in which he went about it is questionable. What does Oscar gain from trashing Floyd? What really is Oscar's motive? If he really is the Golden Boy why not take the "high road" as he so many times has stated he does? Floyd does not go out of his way to trash Oscar. It is only a response to Oscar's statements. Floyd did not take out an entire spread in Play Boy to trash Oscar. It would behoove Oscar to stick to promoting and focusing on building his fighters. Why turn the spot light on someone else? Oscar has his work cut out for him. He has a limited stable and next year has a HUGE pay out to the investors that backed out of GBP. ODLH needs to focus on building fighters and not on petty things like trash talking. Floyd should do the same.
