Thats the dumbest thing I've heard all week. The fee was paid to GGG in exchange for him stepping aside and allowing Cotto-Canelo to be for the WBC title. He held up his end, and thats a done deal. Cotto is the one who now doesnt want to pay the WBC, which has nothing to do with the GGG situation.

Cotto is superior to GGG in boxing accomplishments, GGG is a nobody, therefore fighting him at 160 (his teams demand) isn't relevant to Cotto. GGG can have his title and stay in one of the weakest divisions in boxing.
