stop embarrassing yourself man. If you don't know that there is white people throughout latin America, you are practically ******ed. What do you think the Spaniards, who colonised the area, were?Comment

Uhm, nope. Cotto should. He paid off his mandatory (GGG) in order to fight a guy that Golovkin has already beaten. That had nothing to do with WBC.
Now he's refusing a 300k sanctioning fee, which is about (10m guarantee+~16% of PPV profit=~~another 5m) 0.3/15 = 2% of his purse.
I agree with WBC - this was just plain greed by Cotto's camp. He was either going to lose the belt or vacate it, so he chose not to play by the rules because it suited him.
What wbc supposed to sanction for free. Cotto isn't fighting for free. Wbc deserves their fee. It's not like they got a cut of ggg step aside money. They allowed the step aside so they can sanction Canelo v cotto. Now cotto is cutting them out. Wbc got the shaft so they retaliated by stripping him. Seems fair to me.Comment

1- this is about money, if you think otherwise your new to boxing.
2- you people praising Canelo now, because you think he's paying the sanctioning fee your going to look ****** tomorrow when he too announces that he is not paying the sanctioning fee and therefore not competing for the belt he would have vacated immediately following the fight.
2- those fans who were planning to buy the fight yesterday will still buy it on Saturday, this fight for better or for worse is bigger than the title.Comment

He's too small for GGG but you forget Canelo is arguably bigger or about the same size as Golovkin
I think you're reaching man, If you're too small for the middleweight division why remain in that division after the Martinez fight why not just go back down to 154lbs why play the victim when other middleweights want that title off you?
Cotto is vacating the belt after how long holding it hostage, that's the problem.Comment

At first, I was all like...
The WBC hereby announces that effective immediately has withdrawn recognition of Miguel Cotto as WBC World Middleweight Champion.
But then, I was all like....
If Saul “Canelo” Alvarez wins the fight against Cotto, he will be recognized as the WBC middleweight world champion.
This shit is like dividing by zero.Comment
