Walters is a good fighter but he doesn't deserve to be talked about as a top name unless KOing, nevertheless decisioning, Donaire means anything.

No. Walters knocked out Donaire then top rank has to cancel a card in Marchbecause he wasn't ready and then walters didn't even make weight for his fight in June. A little taste of success and walters got lazy. That doesn't happen to p4p fighters.

Walters will have to take some good fights before anyone will notice him. He doesn't seem to be chasing anyone.
