Pffft excuses (imo).

There was a few times holm was right in front of her.

All she had to do was shoot a td off of holm's jab.

Rousey imo doesn't have those tools because her trainers never showed her anything new.

On top of that she gassed halfway into the 1st.

I'm sorry but mma fighters have terrible gas tanks.

Only a few, lidell, hughes, fedor, machida, gsp etc had great stamina

Probably her judo-based history, which emphasizes getting inside, to do the typical judo throw or footsweeps/leg attacks. She's not going to typically shoot and go for doubles like a person with a background in greco would. She kept getting caught coming in with some stiff shots. To Holms credit, when she was taken down she got out of there quickly. I think this was a turning point in Rousey's career. She's been exposed. Now, will all the women be able to do it? No, it's a shallow talent pool. But in 10-20 years, people are going to look back on her as a much more limited fighter than she's been hyped up to be.

Don't try to box a boxer, if you do, you end up looking like a fool.
