7 days to shred 7 pounds does not sound that healthy to me, unless that picture was taken after one of those Chepo Reynoso asados and tacos cookouts!!!

Mmm idk...isn't the last week before a fight supposed to be light work?

Is losing 5.2 pounds in a week light work for Canelo?

Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and Josesito Lopez both make it under the 162 pound mark one week before their Showtime Championship Boxing bout.

and he's been also missing the P4P list for years

maybe he should consider fighting at his most comfortable weight..wich could just happen to be 160?
