Corrales wasn't favourite because he was a great fighter, rather people weren't quite sure how good Floyd was at that time early in his career. Being underdog once early in your career isn't good enough. Floyd took a risk early in his career to become a somebody in boxing. But once he became a somebody he did as little as he could get away with.

Maybe the sign of his greatness is no one was favored to beat him. He was the underdog to corrales.

Don't play that game with me. MOre like he isn't fighting anyone good that's why hes favourite. Its not hard to find someone youd be underdog against unless your name is Wlad klitscho. He literally cant be underdog in a fight because nobody is better than or favoured to beat him. When Floyd is underdog he don't take the fight, because he likes things equal when he steps inside the ring. Even Jeff Lacy was favourite against Calzaghe so its called overating someone.

Corrales was the favorite to beat him. The guy was 33-0 with 30 knockouts and outweighed Floyd by nearly 20 pounds on fight night.

When you are considered the p4p best fighter in the world EVERYONE is the underdog against you.

No, if he fought GGG he wouldn't be favourite. If he fought Canelo at 160 its not sure who be favourite. So if he is scared of GGG, Canelo might be an option at 160 or Miguel.

So is Pac favourite against everyone he fights. He was favourite against JMM but JMM was style wise not great for Pac. But if Pac fought JMM again Pac would probably still be favourite even though JMM ko'ed him
You can knock Floyd for being favourite, as he isn't fighting people he isn't favourite against meaning he isnt challenging himself as much as he could and taking risks.
If you are favoiurite why ask for CWs? You surely can knock Floyd and it isn't hard. Yes hes favourite against Pac because he had all the advantages. So Floyd should fight someone where he hasn't got all the advantages.
The whole point of being underdog is to show people you are better than they thought you were, or try to do what people did in the past.
