Good stoppage by Freddie. Pascal was taking a brutal, methodical beating.

The two Pascal fights have certainly shown the flaws in Kovalev that either Stevenson or Ward could take advantage of, but are either of those two tough enough to take the punches Pascal did to sometimes take advantage of those flaws?

Man, Kov is just a terrific fighter. Whoever might eventually beat him is going to get one hell of a win.

Please, let's not make this out to be more glorious than it is. This fight sucksand Kovalev seems incapable of a 1-punch KO.

I say that because everyone knows that the guys that die in the ring die from an accumulation of punches.

Kov could've knocked him out in the 2nd round if he wanted, but instead he did just enough to keep him on his feet. I would put my house on it that around the 11th 12th round, Kov would've permanently hurt Pascal after the sustained punishment he would've took until that point.
