At the pre fight press conference didn't they say that Kov only trained for 3 weeks for this fight. Pascal trained 8 weeks with Roach and 4 weeks before Roach got him. If Kov trained only 3 weeks he's in for a rude awakening !

3 weeks with JDJ they said which isn't the same thing. But I agree, if Kovalev is taking Pascal lightly it's a ****** gamble.

Listening to Roach talk, it seems like Kovlaev will be fighting a 2 handed fighter this time, Pascal right hand happy the last time. I don't have a good feeling about this fight for Kovalev, like someone said there isn't much to gain, and everything to lose.

well he made 3 million dollars last time he fought pascal so there's a lot of money to gain. he only made 750k fighting muhammadi so this was a no brainer. if he loses he will probably make another 3 million in the third fight. a ward fight wouldn't even make him 3 million since neither guy is a draw.
