    Huge Upside

Like this Verdejo upside......he's the best Puerto Rican prospect by far.....
He's already been on HBO once.....needs to continue to step up in competition....but he's young and ways to go.....

The thing about it is Tito had Oscar.....not sure Verdejo has a Oscar yet guy with that type of upside.....Maybe Frankie Gomez, Jose Benavidez, or Jose Ramirez can grow into that rival but idk.....You can what you want to say about Oscar but he was a whole different talent.....

Doubtful he will be as big as trinidad...

Trinidad was a monster puncher, and his relentless style was fan friendly

And tito decimated high caliber guys like Camacho, campos, pernell, vargas, joppy, mayorga, etc.. Plus he made Oscar run...

Not even cotto reached the heights of popularity that tito did.. It will be tough for Verdejo to surpass cotto, let alone tito

Well, Bob don't you think it's time to get Verdejo on HBO then instead of Unimas and HBOL?

He has all the tools to be a pound 4 pounder. He's still young and a bit green, though. However, his comp will be stepped up next year.

Anybody who gave Lomachenko a good fight in the Olympics at just 18-19 years of age has to be a bad ass.

I think we'll see the best of Verdejo by the time he hits the 25-28 years old marks. His speed and power appear very real. Chin is a question mark.

We shall see. But anyone who doesn't see potential is just hating.

Anybody has potential, but I don't think Verdejo will ever reach the level of Trinidad. Cotto couldn't reach Trinidad's level and Cotto has fought high quality competition. Verdejo, like all other fighters of today chooses his opponents from the Bum of the Month Club. The way promoters and/or advisors and protecting fighters today, none of them will ever achieve the level of success that Trinidad or De La Hoya did in their careers.
              That's what I meant!!!

when verdejo and crawford meet in 4 years, then we'll know if he's bigger than tito or not.
