Thats exactly it, the bad wishes come from the GGG worshipers. So we can assume 97,000 less ppv sales plus the 19,000 that were at the garden wont be buying this fight neither. Too bad that now that they have discovered GGG they wont be watching the fight they were clamoring for just a year ago. Those lonely fools will completely get their lil hearts broken when the winner of the Cotto / Canelo fight dumps the belt and poor GGG is left without a big payday.

As the PPVs days are over, any figure above 500k would be a big success and any figure near 1 million buys would be a huge success.
... But, even if the PPVs sales will be a success, a 'boring' fight would result in another setback for the sport at large.
