Good to see his eye looking better. Im told thi is lthe last week of sparring so he should be fresh come nov 21. I been told that the focus ob this camp were the legs and Freddie basically has been preaching for him to jump in to Canelo throw the combos and get out.

That can cause Cotto to phase out because he'll be using too much of his energy too soon. I think the better bet is to counter Canelo, time his shots than move and tie Canelo up in close quarters after throwing his money shot to the body.

Cotto needs to conserve as much energy early to capatilize more later. Too much energy too soon can wreck havoc.

I agree 100% ^^^ Cotto is better off timing Canelo with straight shots until there's an opening to drop the hook. As good as he has looked when he boxes he's never had the stamina to maintain that pace over 12 rounds. He's gonna have to chop away at Canelo to have a chance in the later rounds.
