Team Golovkin didn't seem too keen to take Lara up on his offer to come to 160 for the fight . . .Diggler any wager you wanna make in regards to golovkn facing dirrell....let's have it.....golovkin beats any fighter from 154 to 168....in fact he walks right through them....in 2 years your be crying your eyes out when golovkin has beaten all the fighters your boasting about...ward will be long gone after kovalev has sent him packing.....canelo would have had no choice but to face him and lose...who else are you gonna put forward for golovkin to beat..your a desperate gurnerComment

Correct.
Froch always comes across as abrasive, and people I have spoken to that have been in camp with him say he is not particularly likeable (to be polite). However that aspect of his personality also contributes to what makes him the man and fighter he is.
I think that he does genuinely believe that he would beat both Golovkin and Degale; why would he not think that way?! But whether he has the actual desire to make the sacrifices required to actually it, at 38years old, financially comfortable and after a series of fights that stacks up against anyone else, is another matter.
The only fighter i can recall Froch ever seeming to express doubts about beating was on the subject of a Ward rematch, which he never really pursued with enthusiasm!Comment
