brewster/liakovich was definitely one of the best heavyweight fights since lewis/klitschko.

i think the morales/pacquiao rubbermatch could be better than many people might think. there certainly should be fireworks in that fight.

castillo/corrales rubbermatch is at least interesting because i don't think anybody can know what will happen. expect fireworks in this fight also.

toney/rahman ******. on many levels at that. so for me, that was a disappointing fight - and they might possibly do it again. WTF! the outcome of that fight alone just disgusts me.

imsoflyyy - not having one dominant champ isn't really a bad thing. it means that there is competitiveness. having one fighter who is in a class by himself could possibly be looked at as a weak era for that division since there wouldn't be a lot of worthy challengers or competitive championship fights.

lacy/calzaghe was not as competitive as we all had hoped. so i suppose that would be classified, in this thread, as a bust. but for me, it was kinda fun watching lacy take a beating.

dlh/mayorga could be fun to watch. byrd/klitschko - i think byrd will try to be more competitive than most people think. at least, whatever the outcome of byrd/klitschko, there won't be a don king fighter holding the belt. if we are lucky, we just might get to see a heavyweight unification title fight in the near future. i know wlad wants to collect some belts instead of just fighting challengers. he does have a name to restore further.

klitschko/peter had a lot of unpredictableness to it. people wanted to see how both peter's and klitschko's chin would hold up. i say wk has an underrated "chin". i don't think that fight was a "bust".

collazo/hatton - i hope this turns out to be atleast entertaining.

taylor/wright will be interesting. not sure if it will be the most action packed fight, but it will be interesting to see how jt tries to get around winky's jab and defence.

gatti/baldomir should be an entertaining slug fest.

Man the year started off great with Mormeck/Bell and was followed by Lyakhovich/Brewster and some lightweight bout, that the names escape me. Pavel Melomian and Grigory Drozd gave us one hell of a Cruiserweight fight. This year hasn't been stellar in regards to Lacy/Calzaghe and Toney/Rahman, actually I didn't think Toney/Rahman woyuld be anygood anyways, but there have been several quality fights, and the year isn't a third over yet.

I agree for the most part with what you said. however I belive that Klischo is no longer afriad of being hit because he survided peter and had no problem getting up fro many of the KD's. I even think if he would have been hit with combos he would have still got up like he did agienst sanders who almost punches as hard as peter. I think Klit now realizes that he will get KD and many times more throughout his career how ever agian he is now realizing that this is going to happen and will no longer get fubared when it does happen he will learn to accept it and come back right after and domonate his fights. The man does not have a bad chin people with bad chins do not keep getting up time and time again, they stay down. Like I said I belive his mind now accepts that fack he does not need to fight it he knows now that what is important is how he reacts to being put down. Soory people just by speal on WK and I think he will dominate the HW unless brock becomes more offncive and assertive.
