Is this turning into the year of busts or what?

All the marquee matchups have been less than stellar. Lacy-Calzaghe, Brewster-Sergei, and now Mayweather-Judah. The Mayweather Judah fight was the biggest let down because I feel Floyd didn't want to ruin Zab's career. If you don't buy that Floyd took it easy on Zab, then you must think that Baldo hurt Zab but Floyd couldn't (SCARY THOUGHT).

    Anybody else agree or disagree?

I know for a fact Mayweather took it easy on Judah and let him make it to the final bell. But Brewster-Liakhovich wasn't supposed to be that good. It's probably gonna be the fight of the year unless Corrales and Castillo can top it. I doubt Morales is gonna bring anything Pacquiao hasn't seen in September, so don't expect too many fireworks there.

I also wasn't expecting Brewster-Liakhovich to be good. I'm glad I was wrong.

i think theres been some decent fights on espn. i really liked seeing miranda vs eastman. the big movie networks like showtime and hbo have been alright. Pacman Vs morales was to good to complain tho.

I'd like to add Marquez vs John in Indonesia. Marquez made only enough money to purchase himself a pre owned 95 Civic. He got one upped by the crooked judges though. He won that fight in my view. I guess he got hit in the ass while he aint lookin cuz he ducked Pac fo the rematch.

Totally forgot about Toney-Rahman. Add that to the list of bust.

Well, Brewster fight was good, but it was still a bust. Many thought Brewster would be the next champ of the division. Well I guess it's good that there is new blood in the division.

But there isn't one clear champion either.
