With pacman coming off shoulder surgery, taking on a peaking p4p threat like Crawford almost seems like a recipe for taking a sure L. TC is by far the best fighter at 140 and fighting at welterweight wouldn't be a huge disadvantage against the smaller pacman. Crawford naturally is probably the larger man anyways despite campaigning at a full weight class below. His chin has been durable outside of a few shaky moments with Gamboa. It would be shocking if pacman could turn the clock back and stop a prime time threat like crawford (Pac hasn't scored a stoppage since 2009). Pac carries in a big advantage with experience, but TC has one of the most diverse skill sets in the game and knows how to win exchanges. From where I'm sitting the upset would be if Pacman could actually knock off the undefeated future star of Top Rank.

The fight that makes most sense financially and PPV weight wise is not against Terence Crawford however it would be a good thing for Arum and TR stable If he ties down Terence to a further contract by offering Terence this fight similar to what happened with Bradley I think?
Its a win, win for Arum but its not the fight I think everyone would want to see.

Khan has a lot of haters
Khan just in generally very well known to the media so more people know him
Floyd Mayweather ducked Khan, say what you want but the truth is the truth he had the option of Berto or Khan and he picked Berto I don't care what you say.
Fighting Khan would show Pacquiao has balls and If he beats him its a bigger statement of intent that might just force a final showdown with you know who.Comment

No, definitely not. I know Roach already spots weaknesses that Pacquiao can exploit, I don't even think it's a difficult fight really and it's one Pacquiao can win early in my opinion. Crawford stands too straight up when he measures his opponents with the jab out of the southpaw stance, Pacquiao's right hook would devastate in this fight if Crawford ever turns southpaw, even out of the orthodox stance Crawford tends to measure distance/ paw in the same manner, that straight left will get in and Crawford will be on his ass in no time.
If Crawford was more flexible with minimizing his height whilst measuring distance like say Ward, Mayweather and Bradley to a degree it'd help but that's not the case, I've already seen him hit too cleanly as a result of having his chin up in the air. Crawford tends to smile as a result of getting touched but best believe he won't be smiling for long when they put him in against better competition, Pacquiao is too big a step up.Comment

The betting odds are based on where people are going to be laying down their money so I can't speak to that. But, I would favor Crawford to beat Pac. This is a classic passing of the torch fight from old guard to new. Crawford is a step ahead of Pac in terms of speed and reflexes. He doesn't sit in the pocket waiting to get hit. It doesn't play well to Pac's style and is a terrible move, IMO. As someone who likes Pacquiao I really hope he doesn't go for this fight. Even if he wins, he won't look good.
Regarding the size disparity, Crawford has a big frame at 135 with strong, wide shoulders and plenty of space to fill out.Comment
