Yes, he did in a close fight. But Juarez was too left hook happy and instead of throwing in combinations he threw one punch at a time. Since then he has fought twice and twice he has won by early ko.

No it wasnt a close fight. Soto got like 2 points deducted too and still won. I thought Soto jus completely outfought Juarez the whole night. He got 2 points deducted,and wasnt the fighter evry1 wanted to win and he still got the decision.

Since then Juarez has KO'd Reynaldo Hurtado,a guy who was coming off of of 4 straight losses,3 by KO.

And he KO'd Backlin Medrano, he was coming off a draw and a TKO loss. He was also KO'd in the 1st round before by a guy w/ a 4-9-1 record.

The 2 wins after the Soto fight mean NOTHING.

Barrera needs to fight Pacquiao for the sake of his legend.
Im not saying that if he decides to not take the rematch
he won't still be a future hall of famer.But I think it
will hurt his credibility with mexican fans and boxing fans
alike.Call me crazy,but I would slightly favor Barrera in a

Barrera,Pac, and Morales are all better than Juarez if u ask me. Juarez could put up a fight against all of them,and maybe win but prolly not. I wanna see Juarez vs Soto rematch. It was entertaining and i wanna see if it was a fluke or what.

I've seen many fights of Juarez to belive he has what it takes to beat them all. Plus, Barrera and Moarlas are not getting any younger. And age and tough fights already caught up with Morales, look at his fight with Raheem, that wasn't Morales - same scenerio with Pacquiao. And Barrera's time is due when he fight Juarez.

Im not saying it will be a walk over, no. Im saying Juarez is going to bring everything he has to the table to defeat Barrera.
