That's a dumb statement. Most of the Russians doing well in the sport were in the amateurs years ago, which as pointed out isn't controlled by the same groups as track & field (which is what this thread is about). Further, there isn't any way of knowing how many US fighters there are who are doping, or Russian, or most other countries for that matter unless they are doing 24/7 random drug testing 365 days out of the year, which is basically no one in the sport right now.
