I could see Haymon going against conventional wisdom and doing this. Its a gamble, but one that would reap a massive win for him. Let's face it though, it probably won't happen. If it does Haymon overestimated Garcia much like Broner, Lamont and Paul Williams and Garcia will be lose badly.

If by some account Pacquiao picks Garcia to fight as suppose to Amir I suspect Khan will tell the masses he really has a signed contract to fight Wladimir Klitschko instead.

Garcia v Pac would be more worthwhile for Pac. He did beat Khan afterall.

There is enough sparring footage between Pac and Khan and that would satisfy most people.

They want Garcia. He doesn't want Crawford nor Khan. Garcia is more suited for his style being more flat footed.

I hope it happens. It would definitely be a chance for Garcia to prove himself against a big opponent. Pac might take him but if Garcia came out on top, he'd be more highly regarded than he is. If he got a KO, well he really moves up the ladder.
