I ****in hate Jim Lampley ..I can't stand that mother ****er..He should be fired he is so biased its rediculous ..all he does is suck the HBO fighters **** and with his loud ass annoying voice.. he alone is ruining hbo boxing..he sways the judges because they sit right on the other side of the ring..and his so damn loud.. and he been doing it for years I was just watching trinadad whitiker eveything trinadad did was great according to his ass. at one point trinidad hit whitker directly in back of his head and lampley says.. whitikers looking at the ref saying to him self get this guy off me..and you know the ref can hear that **** too..

george foreman was just the same. i just watched the MAB price NAZ fight today and he was all over the princes nuts talking about how much power he had and how he only needed one punch to end the fight **** if i didnt no any better i would have thought they where talking to the princes trainer. im glad hes gone what a HBO nuthugger. -

......Since those guys work for HBO, the fighters they play favorites on are naturally the HBO fighters. What do you expect? The network has multi fight deals and tons of money tied up in their fighters. Of course they are going to be slightly biased. It still doesn't keep them from telling it like it is most of the time. If it bothers you that much then turn down the volume, grab a wodden spoon, and give your own commentary.Comment

I think Lampley and Merchant are excellent and HBO blows away Showtime in not just production values, but presentation due to their commentary. Foreman LOVED punchers. He always talked about not following a puncher around, plus he was always one to talk about the guy losing so as to convince you the fight was not over yet.Comment

If u got a problem with commentary, then turn it down. I happen to like Lampley but don't really like Merchant. I don't even care about the presentation though, as long as I can see the fight.Comment
