    If golovkin unifies 160

If golovkin manages to unify 160 and move up to 168,would he have enough time left in his career to unify 168 too?

It's all about money. If Golovkin becomes a bigger draw, title holders in both divisions will line up quickly.

DeGale just told him to step up and fight.

                Idiotic.

Golovkin has a chance at unifying 160 because politically it is actually possible at this moment (which could very well change if Haymon orders his employee DiBella to hand over Andy Lee's belt to one of his guys).

At 168, who are the titlists? Badou Jack and DeGeale? Golovkin would destroy those guys but the Haymon factor would make it difficult to get those fights. But we will see if things change.

Unifying one division in modern day boxing is a herculean task, which is why we don't have a single unified, undisputed 4 belt champ right now.

I don't think it would be possible for GGG to unify 2 divisions, but if he did, the 2 posts above mine should be enough to tell you what the reaction would be -

"168 is a **** division, same as 160. If GGG had any balls he would have jumped straight up to 175, like BHop did"

His handlers won't put him in against an awkward fighter like DeGale unless they'll get a hefty reward for it. No doubt they'd love the Chudinov or Abraham fights.
