canelo said he will fight GGG 1 pound higher than a weight ggg is willing to do for others, and somehow canelo is ducking???
defending the title at 155 is BS, but in this case isnt ducking, since ggg has no problem making the weight for others...
it isnt fair by the way... canelo will take advantage at that weight...

Hes making alot of excuses.

Said GGG needs to earn his shot when GGG is already the mandatory, meanwhile fights khan whos never fought above 147
Also tried to deflect by critisizing GGG's resume, when its not GGG's fault most guys at 160 dont want to fight him (including canelo).

He also tries to drain GGG to 155 for no reason when both of them can comfortably make 160. Bottom line is all signs are pointing to canelo not wanting to fight him at all. he might even vacate to avoid it. We will have to see if canelo steps up once the WBC enforces him to fight.

negotiations havent even started yet, ggg also said 160 or no fight, just give me my belt... if you been following boxing for more than just a couple of years then you should know that this is just posturing... until negotiations actually start is really hard to telll...
i dont know if you remember but when lara called out canelo at his press conf. canelo dissed him, and said no one wants to see the fight, no one knows who lara is, he laughed on laras face... do you remember what happened after that???
lara was already signed to fight ishe smith and canelo went against golden boy and demanded the fight... when everybody here were saying canelo was ducking lara, and he will never fight him...
canelo could have easily avoided ggg by not fighting for the belt when cotto was stripped, but he didnt, i think he wants the fight, but he wants it under his terms, negotiations will be difficult but it can happen next if k2 is smart or at least next year if ggg really cant go down in weight... just remember cotto was a bigger fight for canelo than ggg is, and negotiations took a while for that...
