maybe not to you. Others may disagree.....

I think it will be interesting to see if the court will apply traditional "unfair competition" and "restraint of trade" standards to the boxing industry. If thats not interesting to you, then thats fine. Theres probably a Kardashian rerun you could watch to occupy yourself.......

You dont realize that you just made up a bunch a crap about PBC documents revealing the nefarious intent to de-value the product of their competitors, coming to light after years of a drawn out court case?

Buddy this isnt some kind of court case movie starring Matt Damon.

I don't believe that to be 100% correct. I know baseball has something, but I know the UFC doesn't & I suspect some of those other groups don't either although I don't know it for a fact.

Although for ****s & giggles lets assume it is the case. If all these other groups can have legal monopolies why couldn't there be one in boxing? And I mean what sport doesn't need this sorta "monopoly?" Imagine if there were 2, 3 or 4 NFL's, NBA's & summer Olympics. The value of any sport is lowered in whatever way you can think of when the best talent in a sport is spread out.

You are correct that UFC has no exemption. I think the difference there is that the UFC simply BUYS its competitors instead of trying to run them out lol

But back to the issue, thats one reason Im interested in this case. To my knowledge its a new one for the courts. I have a feeling though that they will punt by ruling its not yet ripe, or some other nonsense.....

Yea this. I think Haymon as your manager is a cherry situation. He seems to take a lower % + get bigger purses. Its no wonder he gots the biggest roster on that fact alone.
