I just don't see where and how you deduce that Quigg would be more likely to fight Rigondeuax than Frampton. Is it just a hunch?
I've given you actual evidence to the contrary.
It's partly a hunch based on >>>
Quigg has consistently said he wants to challenge himself against the best, so he must know who the best is, and he has at least mentioned Rigo.
It's also that I don't recall the word Rigo ever having crossed the lips of Frampton.
It's also that Quigg seems to live and breathe boxing. He might fool himself into believing he can beat Rigo.
It's also that Frampton is with Haymon now and Haymon will have a word to the wise.
Edit:- looks like Frampton might move up too

Doesn't every boxer say they want to challenge themselves against the best? That's a general statement. Your basing your opinion on very little.
If Quigg really wanted Rigo, he wouldn't have made 5 defences of his WBA paper title without ever trying to fight the real WBA champion.
As for Frampton never mentioning Rigo, he has mentioned him several times and he's never said things like "I'm not ready" or "Rigo would beat me" which are statements that the Quigg camp have made.
Haymon just recently tried to sign Rigo so again, that doesn't make sense.
Like I said, not trying to be condescending but I think I'd know more than you about it.

Quigg would probably fight anyone, it's Hearn who would block any potential Rigo fight. Quigg just gets told what to say by his promoter. He isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Oh please, Quigg has said plenty of times that he wasn't ready for Rigondeaux etc. Even before he was with Eddie Hearn.
It's only recently they've been talking about fighting him and Donaire but that was just a front to get the Frampton fight.
I think in the case of both fighters, if Rigo gets his promotional **** together and there's enough money on the table, either of them would fight him.
But there's absolutely no premise to say that Quigg is more likely to.

Far from it.
Quigg struggles to speak English, anytime he talks he gets that wide-eye'd, deer in headlights look as he tries to put a sentence together.
I don't believe he would go near Rigo, I'm sure he and Hearn have said just that.
