Quigg beats Frampton, too big, too strong.

Quigg also lives and breathes boxing, he's in the gym 24/7. Frampton likes to party and while i have no doubt that he'll be prepared and in great shape, i think Quigg is the fitter man.

If I had to choose out of the two, based on what they have said, I reckon Quigg would be the more likely to fight Rigo.
Frampton doesn't stay in shape between fights and balloons up in weight quite a bit, not as much as Hatton did but he goes well above his fighting weight.

There's a video of him with Shane Mosley where he says he doesn't stay in shape between fights.

So i'm guessing his natural size isn't the problem, it's the fact he has to lose a lot of weight to get back down to his fighting weight.

Rigo is still the man at 122 but Frampton vs Quigg is nevertheless a fight that most fans are looking forward to seeing. These guys have mutual respect for what the other brings but there's animosity there and both believe they're going to win. Most will expect at least one of them to get badly hurt in this fight, and there's a good chance of a KO ending at some stage, but I'd be surprised to see a shootout from the start. Martinez came on to Quigg and walked into disaster. Frampton won't do a Kiko. He'll look to box Quigg imo, plenty of feints, picking single shots, maybe one-twos here and there. If Quigg doesn't commit to attack, and I don't think he will despite his obvious belief in his own power, this could even be dull through the opening rounds. Of the pair, though, I see Frampton as being more comfortable with a patient game plan. A tough call but I see Scott Quigg being the one to make a mistake, with Frampton pouncing to make the most of it.

Scott Quigg is a simpleton, he doesn't do sarcasm.

... Do these two guys have a "rematch clause" in their contract?

Also complicating matters was terms for a rematch clause. That eventually got ironed out, with the sides making a two-fight deal, according to a source involved in the event. That means there is likely to be a rematch under terms already negotiated in the initial deal.

                  ... Thanks... That's what I thought...

... I'm also inclined to favor Quigg in this one. If he wins by KO there will be difficult to rule that rematch clause... But who knows? -- in Belfast maybe?...

Eddie Hearn initially offered Frampton 1.5 Million for this fight -- interesting.I wonder what rate is for the average top ten SBW.

I just don't see where and how you deduce that Quigg would be more likely to fight Rigondeuax than Frampton. Is it just a hunch?

I've given you actual evidence to the contrary.
