    Yea, Cotto is a legend.

Canelo has a much better resume than Golovkin.

    Cotto > Canelo > Golovkin.

But Canelo has lots of time, another decade maybe.

Cotto I'll cut a bit of a break since MW is clearly overextending himself. He's a diva but at least he's not really a MW nor young enough to reasonably move up again like Canelo's b1tchass.

      War Golovkin muthaphukkas

Thread should have ended with this post.

With that said, Cotto DOES need a win over GGG on his resume (not that I think he can beat him). His biggest win was against Sergio "stephen hawkins" Martinez.

Cotto skills wise is far superior than canelo

All Canelo have to do is make it to the 12 round and he will win by robbery, Period. How long have you guys been boxing fan? Cotto skill wise is far superior than Canelo, This is going to be a replay of Cotto vs Margarito, Cotto will outbox him easy while Canelo will keep coming and coming just like Margarito did and at the end he will win by robbery, after the fight he will say the same thing he say after Lara fight, Cotto came to run i can to fight, Lol.

Waiting for the Cotto/Canelo winner to be stripped is lame, great fighters should want to win in the ring.

            Nobody respects a paper champ.

Golovkin said that he could do it.

Hey, wait..... is that what you meant ?
So in order to be considered "great" golovkin has to concede to canelo or cottos diva demands, and fight at 155? Look,if he was picking on some random smaller fighters,it would be wrong, but the winner of that fight will be both the lineal, and wnc middleweight champion of the world. Either they vacate or fight golovkin at the full 160 lbs, either way,he's getting those belts.

These guys are so desperate for GGG to lose its hilarious, GGG is the real deal and he isn't a prick like Floyd Mayweather he goes out there and bring entertainment but the same people who detest GGG (because he is white and not America) are the same people who love Floyd Mayweather (who is black, racist, unintelligent, cry baby)
Don't worry you guys, we don't want those type of people supporting GGG, the truth hurts about you being exposed for being hypocrites.

                No.

There should not be a thread about this topic.

                  Interesting.
WBC announcing Golovkin is the champion via face book does nothing for him. He needs Cotto. Make the weight to make the fight. He's even on record saying he could make a lower weight (154) than the one Cotto would probably ask for. Floyd's gone, Cotto is the cash cow he needs to see in order to go to the next level.

Leonard was the draw against Hagler, and he bought every advantage he could.
Quit lying! "The same" my a**e. Ward is not the mandatory to the belt GGG is holding.

It is shaping up to be a big embarrassment for Cotto-Canelo winner. Maybe being beat up by GGG is not that bad - like lesser of two evils. Do you remember any other high profile fight when there were more talks and discussions regarding some other third fighter potentially down the line than about fighters who are taking the ring?

No, in order to prove he is great, Golovkin should want to fight the best.

Cotto weighs 153, he is a JMW who is punching above his weight.

Golovkin said that he can make 154, so refusing to even consider a catchweight for a JMW because you know that he will be stripped is taking the easy way out by intentionally avoiding that fight.

                      NOT, a sign of greatness.

Just a reminder..... Golovkin has 0 names on his resume

                      zero
                      ˈzɪərəʊ/
                      number
