I'd say a prime Khan has the ability to beat anyone at 147. Like all fighters, he has had some "B-level" performances. Floyd had "B-level" performances vs Maidana, Berto and Cotto so you're saying that because Floyd hasn't always looked invincible he's demoted to a B-level fighter?

In boxing, hardly anyone shows up 100% in every single fight but when Khan's in top form he's one of the best in the division.
