Amnat is the freshest of the bunch, despite his age. Viloria was a good win, Amnat would be too. Sosa and Valentin were throw away fights.
Also, Amnat has had a grueling string of fights and has remained undefeated. Wins over Arroyo, Casimero, Shiming, Ioka and Fuentes trumps a lot of resumes at any division.
Regardless, if the fight happens and Roman wins, the Estrada rematch would be for all the marbles. A historic rematch for the IBF, WBC, WBO, WBA and the Lineal strap... What more can you ask for? This is simply the best route Roman could possibly take on his way to a rematch with Gallo. Seriously lol, Amnat would be the best name on Roman's resume in years.
Legit, Amnat would be the best name on his resume since Estrada 2012 IMO.
Tough one, you could argue Yaegashi or Viloria are better... Seeing as how Estrada was a nobody at that particular division and in the sport itself until his following fight, when he dethroned Viloria. Yaegashi was the Lineal/WBC flyweight champion and Viloria, although having accomplished nothing since his loss, brought a recognizable name to the table.

Meanwhile, what route is Estrada taking on his way to the rematch?

What do you mean? Since his loss he beat Vilora, Melindo, Segura and Marquez. With a few easy fights in Asenjo, Alvarez and Mepranum. That's pretty damn good, he is also setting up to fight one more time before the year ends and is looking to have a showdown with the Saludar vs Arroyo II winner.
Edit: oh, and has become a significant draw in Mexico. His Segura fight pulled in millions of viewers. In fact, Juan Manuel Marquez has said Estrada is the best champion from Mexico, currently. Yeah, he's growing and making waves too.

thats fair the reality is the rematch wont happen they need put roman as headliner and see how he does but im not sure hbo risks it seems they only putting on good fights every 5 weeks or so
Those are some old flys, no lie. Everybody is little at one time and flyweight competition gets hard at about 12 years old. Amnat may have something for Gonzalez, he's a dirty old man. Muey tia stuff, rastlin, but you're right. Donnie Nietes is pretty old too

Fuentes, 8 losses 3 KO's.
Shiming, never liked him straight from his pro debut. He was absolutely terrible to watch. Couldn't care less about that guy.
Arroyo, no recognizable wins in his resume against good current fighters.
Casimero, who?
The lower weights seem like a pack of average guys skillwise. As far as the eye test goes, neither of them look all that. Can't wrap my head around what eye test Gonzalez passes with terrible defense and beating up on old guys at the end of their career.
