      How would he know ?

Richardson caught Margarito, not the commission.

        They were two different commissions.

Cotto-Margarito was in Las Vegas, Margarito-Mosley was in California.

Sure, but the commission is the commission.

Capetillo testified he had been wrapping Margarito's hands like that for years.

          Richardson caught Margarito.

Without substantial evidence, the 'loaded wraps' theory is just a cheap excuse. Among the principles of justice exists the Legal Burden of Proof. To speculate, assume, deduce, conjecture, infer, suspect, and/or theorize without proof or irrefutable evidence is just a futile exercise. If that was the case (validated or demonstrated facts for the specific fight Cotto-Margo beyond reasonable doubt against the Mexican fighter) then it would have been possible to change the result of that fight to a No Contest. However, Athletic Commissions can't operate on suppositions or hypothesis like some posters do, who by the way behave like authentic sore losers.

I don't know if Margarito cheated or not the first time but Cotto could not hurt or stop Margarito's momentum. I think the style was all wrong for Cotto. With that said, it is a huge possibility that Margarito did cheat.

**** " the Legal Burden of Proof ".

A big huge pile of ****bags have successfully hidden behind that shield.

This isn't a court of law.

Margarito was found guilty, and suspended accordingly..... we only need to decide if he cheated in his previous fight with Cotto..... and as I said, this is not a court of law.

This is the court of public opinion.

MArgies head at the end started to snap back with Cotto's punches (not a good sign for Cheato)

Red stain after an 11 round brutal fight with Cotto

Red stain in the Confiscated pad before the Mosley fight

What are you implying? That it's the same piece of gauze/pad??
