I want Lee to win this cuz he would immediately fight GGG and has the power to get his respect and not just let him walk over him. Saunders-GGG would be like a replay of sorts of Monroe-Golovkin.

I honestly think these Golovkin fans would want to see him fight Jermain Taylor if he still had a belt. That's how low they set the bar.

      Gotta unify doe

is there any other fighter in the whole sport that you would criticise for clearing out and unifying his division?

Do you seriously want to see a guy whose supposedly one of the best and most feared fighters in the world against Billy Joe Saunders?

If Golovkin beats Canelo, that's a good win and for me, he's done enough at 160 to prove he's the best there. A win over Saunders or even Lee doesn't prove ****. It's just an excuse so keep fighting knockovers and building this fake hype.

if saunders beats lee then he is by definition a world class fighter. i'm not exactly a fan of his but his record isn't actually that bad for a contender. anyway why settle for just canelo when he could fight both saunders and canelo within the same timeframe?

i'm trying to think of a single other fighter in the whole boxing world who would be criticised for trying to fight a titlist in his division. i'm coming up with a blank, how about you?

Floyd Mayweather was criticised repeatedly for fighting titlists....because they were ****. Like Victor Ortiz or Carlos Baldomir.

criticised by crazy pact*rds and haters who were just as unreasonable as you guys are being with golovkin now. he wanted judah and berto but baldomir and ortiz crashed the party in both cases; he had no choice, really

I'm not either. I just recognise a **** fighter or an overmatched opponent when I see one.

Would you have wanted to see GGG vs. Jermain Taylor?

Cmon dude, Floyd is self proclaimed Tbe with loads of belts. GGG just got his first chance at unification. If these guys are so much worse its a cherry pick, they got no business carrying a championship belt

taylor being gifted a belt at that point was a fluke, but if he had managed to cling onto it by successfully defending it against lemieux or n'dam or whatever then why not. can't just let him keep it indefinitely because he's too bad to fight, what sort of sense does that make?
