That roid gut is looking pretty trim.

A lot will depend on what style he fights with, and what pace he sets.

If he comes out like a young Klitschko throwing lots of big combinations then he will probably gas.

I think that is just a fact of being a big HW.

It seems with Joshua most people are willing to write off his unproven intangibles, rather than just waiting and seeing.

He hasnt taken a big punch in the pros? Must have a **** chin.

Hasnt gone more than 3 rounds? Must have **** stamina.

If a Joshua fight went into round 10, I would be less concerned about Joshua's stamina and more concerned about the state of his opponent's face and brain.

Take a few big hits during the later rounds....

That's how you find out about Joshua's gas tank / chin.

I have watched the 2 amateur defeats - while it was a while ago you can see he panics when he gets hit hard.

He may well have trained that out of himself by now though.

Like they say, everyone has a plan...until they get hit.

Only thing that concerns me is his muscle mass, see with guys like Deontay Wilder he is pretty slim as a HW so you could see him having ok stamina later in the rounds but people were still concerned in the Stiverne fight.

Joshua, however lives the life and if he gets decent rounds in tough sparring hopefully it will translate into the fight. Hope Whyte takes him at least 7 rounds just so we can see he handles the pace and mental fatigue in the later rounds.

Even if he does lose this early in his career, he could still go on to become champ.
That's true - he has been marked by Match-room as the cash cow.

Whyte could beat the brakes off him and still never enjoy much success as a pro.

Simms is far too cautious of decent sparring. It's the reason Simms never stepped up himself, hes always had backing & got his jaw cracked by a lighter fighter back in the day after trying to take a liberty. The sparring partner never got more work & Simms had to pull out of the fight he had lined up

And I just have a feeling that he has a good chin and can take a decent shot.
He was hurt in the amateurs with all the headgear on, the breaks after being hurt are different to professional boxing...
I think If someone shakes Joshua or knocks him down he might not recover.
