    Anthony Joshua's stamina?

I like Joshua and I really hope that he's the real deal but I'm a bit worried about his stamina. His physique is very impressive but we all know muscles don't win you fights in boxing. A boxer that carries that much muscle could very well end up having stamina issues.

Joshua hasn’t had his stamina tested yet but what happens when he'll have to go rounds and when he's up against an opponent that will be able to force him to fight at a fast pace? I sure don't want to see him run out of run out of gas but that's what worries me.

nevermind his stamina what about his chin?
hopefully dillian will test it, and not fold up after a round or 2.

Honestly if you don't knock him out, he's going to knock you out. I doubt stamina will be a issue for him.

Only fighter I really see testing him in the future in Parker. Maybe that big Chinese dude, depending on how he develops. There's some other good young heavyweights, but he will be too imposing for most of them.

Wilder has hit the Al Haymon wall, another Haymon fighter who gets a little hype and for whatever reason stops getting better.

        This.

I always find HW prospects to fail the chin check much more often than the stamina check. And you can always work on your stamina. Not so much with your chin. At this point in Joshua's career doe I'm still in the what happens when someone punches back phase (ain't even gotta be hard) of his progression.

Using the Ali method of letting Joshua punch himself out is suicide.

Even tanks like Wach and Stiverne would fall apart from that firepower.

A shootout is the best strategy. Drop him and hope he doesn't get back up.

I've heard some people call him chinny but I dont know where they get that from though. Was he KO'd in the amateurs?

Stamina can always be an issue and that is a big body to move around. He ain't immune to be worn down or getting winded especially if he is throwing full force blows.

He is a heavy so getting knocked out is always a danger but I do think his body builder type of frame is a concern.

                  It needs to be tested...

I have been saying for the past 2 years, Joshua needs to fight james toney.

                  Low risk
                  Big name
Toney will give you rounds, has never been stopped
If Joshua stops him, it will be a big deal (though sad)

Joshua keeps winning they need to match him with guys like chisora, adamek, etc..
Guys that can give him competitive rounds

Toney is not a good pick. He's just too old and slow and should never step into the ring again. Yes Toney will give you rounds but he's sooooooo over the hill and doesn't even throw punches anymore. He wouldn't be able to push Joshua whatsoever. Toney would just be a living punching bag.

Chisora would be great. He'll take the fight to Joshua let his hands go and force Joshua to fight.
