Makes sense to me. The winner will fight GGG so it's a good business decision to pick up the fight so that people will be more aware in the future.

Saunders already said he won't but at least people will know who he is and that he's ducking so he'll be publicly shamed. Lee will but fighting the Quillin/Jacobs winner is another possibility so HBO airing it to help secure a GGG fight is a smart move.

I thought Lee said that he wasn't making future plans before his fight with Saunders, not that he wouldn't face GGG afterwards.

I was saying Lee would be willing to in general but he has another route for him to go too.
