Ironically, for all the hate he gets, he's one of the few champs who is going up in weight to pursue the best competition. And, even more ironically, he does it without saying a word. No patting himself on the back or bragging about how great he is. Meanwhile, you have other guys taunting each other and making claims of greatness but they refuse to make a move.

he proposed a ward showdown at 164, which would be equivalent to ward fighting kova or Stevenson at 171 or something. hypothetical situation gents, thread is all about

He proposed it because he wants to unify the division and that's the only way he would move up for Ward. I can't fault him with that unlike the other two who are being true divas.

Now if Ward fights Kovalev and Stevenson at 175 and beats them, no one can hate on that. But I won't put him at P4P#1 if other P4P boxers are also doing impressive work around their divisions.

              alright, lets make it simpler

lets say ward fought kova or Stevenson at 175, no catch weight or BS like that

does it make him the BIGGER balled /hearted fighter than GGG or canelo?

              answer should obvious

But is it hypothetical though? Plenty of people want GGG to fight Ward. (Mainly Floyd groupies tryna play captainsaveahoe). These same dudes that never recognized Ward as a viable candidate for the pfp throne, (when Ward actually used to fight). But they're quick to call on Ward's name to fight GGG at 168, even when GGG has never been there.

                  NOTHING
GGG would be undersized against anyone at 168. Less weight, height, and reach. Ward would be at least average in 175. 2 inches taller than GGG, longer arms, etc.

Canelo already weights more than GGG in fight night, and is fighting for the MW title.

See the differences, mofo? now go back to elementary school.

He is the same size than them, no advantage for either Stevenson or Kovalev. What's the issue with you? Pascal has more balls than Ward.

No. Ward has moved into the light heavyweight division. If he fights the two best light heavyweights in the world that is admirable. But exactly how would it set him apart from GGG who has always been willing to fight any middleweight alive?????
