Ward wanted the Golovkin fight at 168 because Golovkin had previously agreed to two other fights at that weight. Cotto and Canelo want the fight at 155 because Golovkin had previously agreed to fight at that weight and even lower (154 for Mayweather or a big PPV fight).
Shut up, no one buys your bull****. Ward belongs to 175. He should man up and fight Kovalev, Stevenson, etc.

GGG belongs to 160, and even lower. I'm sure he can make 157 for example. It's up to him whether he goes down or not for Canelo/Cotto. Doesn't mean that Canelo and Cotto aren't cowards fighting for the MW title when they claim they are not MW. And mostly Canelo who is clearly a MW who drains down to 155.

He obviously doesn't think so, or he wouldn't be acting like a *****.

GGG has already gotten Canelo beat, because Canelo is scared now, what is he gonna be when GGG actually starts to hit him.

Your hero is a joke he calls out anyone from 154-168lbs then when Ward's starts calling lilG starts making excuses trowing out catch weights at 164 or no fight embarrassing.
interesting i never realized that canelo at the age of 24 has already fought 3 HOF'ers

Not yet, so far 2. Both much smaller. Floyd humiliated him. He teed off on the shot Mosley coming up in weight, and did worse than midget Pac vs fresher, bigger Shane: no KDs, no turning Mosley into a b1tch and sending him running. Hopefully he does better vs smaller imposter champ Cotto this time, and doesn't vacate to avoid his mando

You know, I may agree, but there is the little issue with the belts.

Its true, Canelo is not even being asked to fight someone bigger than him, just in his own division, and he is acting like the world is picking on him.

His body isn't gonna be more MW. What he really means is when GGG gets old.

Canelo has four fights, two years, at 155. MW is 155-160.

You all act like Canelo truly has his own division.

                  Acclimated to MW?

This is exactly why he is taking heat.
You're still not getting it. It doesn't matter how much a fighter rehydrates up to, all that matters is that both fighters made the official contracted weight that said fighters agreed upon.

Canelo started his career at 140 and then moved up to 147 and 154 successfully. Sometimes fighters can't carry the weight when they move up to a new division and are only meant for one division, so we don't know if Canelo will have the same success at 160 like he has with 140, 147 and 154.

3G started his career at 160 and still fights at 160. Canelo is not a natural middleweight like 3G is, he has no experience or fights at 160 so he's still a jr. middleweight. And he's only taking heat from people who dksab.

Edit: If you want to b i t c h about the MW strap being on the line, that's all on Cotto who's been draining middleweight fighters. As I said last time, Cotto should of dropped the belt after he beat Sergio.

GGG spent his younger days fight 154 in ams. Canelo spent them professional.

Canelo has been fighting MW for 2 years. There is no 155.

And the contracted weight would be 160, but Canelo isn't gonna do it, so he vacates.

And it does matter. What Canelo used to be means little.

He has been rehydrating past 170 for years. GGG Rehydrates past 170.

If Canelo isn't a MW, then neither is GGG. Only difference, GGG is fight MW, while Canelo drained 21 pounds to fight at 154.

When is he gonna be a full MW, when he Rehydrates up to 180?

Lol! So Canelo become a MW when he fights at the same rehydration weight Ward fought at as a SMW.

                    See the problem here?

The only way to stop this BS is same day weigh in and absolutely no catch weights - no exceptions.
