I was with your post until this. Calling a tough boxer like Cotto a queen is not cool. I'm not even a Cotto fan, I like Canelo's boxing style more.

As far as how big or small Canelo is, he's easily a middleweight. I don't get the reason he wants to drain himself against bigger guys, after Cotto.

All is fair if they come in on the weight they agree to on the contract. Yes, this is true. What goes around comes around. Golovkin avoided the superior fighter (Ward) by requesting a draining catchweight. Cotto or Canelo will now avoid the superior fighter (Golovkin) by requesting a draining catchweight.

Ward wanted the Golovkin fight at 168 because Golovkin had previously agreed to two other fights at that weight. Cotto and Canelo want the fight at 155 because Golovkin had previously agreed to fight at that weight and even lower (154 for Mayweather or a big PPV fight).

Isn't it funny that your actually defending a Mexican who can't speak a word of English ...gets paid by his American bosses and he rewards you with silly 155 pound catchweights.......how can you actually defend...at least golovkin speaks our language...is polite and shows respect after he blitzes his opponents ......and he is the best in the middleweight weight division....shame on you lol

If you believe Stevens, Monroe, Rubio, Lemieux and Murray are all world beaters then you don't know ***** about boxing. Calling anyone out doesn't mean he has to offer them a shot at 3 MW belts at 155.
