For the past week or so, Kathy Duva has been in Russia with Sergey Kovalev trying to plot their next move and set a business foundation in the “Krusher’s” homeland. And according to the head of Main Events, this summer trip has been well worth the investment in time.
“We have a lot of pieces to to put together. There are sponsors; there are investors. There’s TV networks; there’s venues and we really have got to tie all that together in one neat package. So until we’ve made decisions, for example, who the broadcasters are going to be, who’s funding us – whether it’s a sponsor or an investor – all these things have to come together. Once we put all those things in place, then we can make a decision about opponents.”
If this date does come to fruition, HBO would have the option to broadcast this fight.
Duva continued, “It’s been a really fruitful trip; it was a really good idea to come here. The shame of this is that if the [WBC] purse bid had happened when it was supposed to, we would be in a position to bid.”
“But sadly, they pushed it and that’s too bad because I really needed to come here with Sergey, take the time to make the meetings we had, to talk to the people we have talked to,” explained Duva. “We have met with some people who can buy and sell Al Haymon 15 times. We can certainly bring a fight to Russia now. I feel we could do it but we couldn’t do it [then].”

Duva says to reporter Steve Kim:
Big fights so rarely get made with purse bid and there’s a reason why: “They’re far too big and complicated.” For the time being, the PBC universe simply doesn’t intersect with the rest of the boxing cosmos.
But she also says to reporter Steve Kim:
The shame of this is that if the [WBC] purse bid had happened when it was supposed to, we would be in a position to bid. But sadly, they pushed it and that’s too bad, I feel we could do it but we couldn’t do it [then].
- Not too mention her sarcasm disorder, how is it that her two versions are contradicting?
- How is it that Duva leaves imply that HBO gave them space to do business with another TV broadcaster?
- Sarcastic and somehow racist: "People who can buy and sell Al Haymon 15 times". Poor liar, why she didn't mention how many time they could buy and sell her? Worthless.
- So what about the 3rd purse bid organised by the WBC, this November 2015 in China, why she does everything to avoid it?
Between these types, which type of liar Kathy Duva is?
1) A compulsive liar is defined as someone who lies out of habit. Lying is their normal and reflexive way of responding to questions. Compulsive liars bend the truth about everything, large and small. For a compulsive liar, telling the truth is very awkward and uncomfortable while lying feels right.
2) A pathological liar lies compulsively and impulsively, almost without thinking about the consequences of their action. They lies regularly on a spontaneous basis even if he gains no benefit from it, or even if they traps themselves into it. Pathological liar cannot control their impulses to lie and it is usually a self-defeating trait.
3) A sociopath is typically defined as someone who lies incessantly to get their way and does so with little concern for others. A sociopath is often goal-oriented. Sociopaths have little regard or respect for the rights and feelings of others. Sociopaths are often charming and charismatic, but they use their talented social skills in manipulative and self-centered ways.
Does someone like her really cares about Kovalev's ducking, or care about herself?
