Second, I believe my comparison is true. His reward is miniscule. Move up on P4P rankings? Do you think he cares enough about them to take an unnecessary setback to his career at his age? Ward is NOT in his division. Ward can MAYBE make SMW, but is already signed to fight a LHW. That is a 15 pound weight difference.

Yes, risk vs. reward IS the essence of prize fighting. He called out ALL 3 of these guys when it made sense - in 2012, during the now infamous 54-68 comment. He STOPPED calling them out one by one when it STOPPED making sense for him.

Do you know that he said he has no interest in both Chavez AND Ward back in March?

Ward rejection was further reinforced in April when they said Ward turned them down and said he wants a couple of tune ups first. They also again reinforced the finances of the fight.
In the same article they reference, VERY specifically, Froch in England. There is NO controversy. Ward said he wants tune ups, and Froch was a bigger name any case. So they focused on Froch.

TODAY, do you see Golovkin calling out Chavez or Froch? Do you think if either of these wanted to fight at 168 Golovkin's team would take them? Not a chance in hell. Time changes things.
Want an example? Ward said he will be the Heavyweight Champion by the age of 32So why in the blue hell is he trying to pick a fight with a guy in a lower division? Because time changes things.

This argument is a broken record. Golovkin called them out when he needed them, Ward failed to make the fight when it made sense for both of them (early 15). Now Ward needs Golovkin and has been calling him out, because Ward's popularity is in the crapper. It's a publicity stunt. They both know it. Ward is signed to fight Kov in 2016. GGG's team has said they don't see a fight vs. Ward until 2017.

If you think the only way for Golovkin to 'prove his worth' is to beat a fighter 2 divisions heavier than him without catchweights, that's YOUR problem. Golovkin is a middleweight. That's where he will fight until he accomplishes his objectives.
... too elaborated a post -- they'll play the usual broken record again.

Quillin sucks. He needed a dubious stoppage in a fight he was arguably losing to beat the same Gabe Rosado that Golovkin disfigured. A draw with him doesn't mean **** except that Andy Lee is mediocre as hell, just like Quillin.
I don't know about you but a knockout is a pretty dominating win to me lol. It's more impressive than winning a decision because it shows you the importance and effect of power.

... And he was formed by the Kronk guru, Emanuel Steward...

If Andy "Fn" Lee would be your toughest fight EVER!! Should tell you take tie to move to 168. It's not like he couldn't make that weight easily. He would just have to fight one time less per month and he can then eat TWO pieces of lettuce instead on just won. He might even be able to eat some dessert with out having to throw it back up...

Who are they kidding??? Andy lee is too big for ggg. Ggg only wants ex-lightweights or welterweights. I want him to fight Saul but unlike gTards I'll wait to see how he does against Cotto and then let him fight 1-2 tuneup fights against FULL REAL 160 lbers. Sht ggg has been doing that his entire career. So what would two tuneup matter?? It's not like ggg is EVER going to go up in weight! He'll fight Saul or cotto in early 2017 and by then ggg could even start saying Crawford is ducking... Win/win

I would love to see this fight, Lee has a huge pair of balls and he is a very likeable character, hopefully he gets past Saunders who is no easy task.

Dominating is what Golovkin does. Lee's wins were knockouts in fights he was losing, and in the case of the Jackson fight badly. Lee was damn near knocked out himself. There is no logical way to call that or the Korobov fight "dominating."

Andy Lee was suppose to fight this fall, but something must have happened that the fight was cancelled. He is tough, and exciting, but wasn't his last fight a draw???

I am not sure he can compete with top talents.
