Win all the belts and then everything at MW has to go through GGG in the coming years Bingo! That's the plan and it will work because if ANYBODY wants a major MW title, all roads go thru Golovkinville

It's like saying you'll only date X race women, then along comes one of that X race babes, and you're still too ****** to realize 'say, this would be a cool chick to hang with'. It's called reassessment of one's priorities. One of many things smart people do in their lives. UnAbel can blabber away all he wants... facts remain the biggest payday(s) for GGG are Cotto and Canelo. That is indisputable. So, as soon as the GGG team wises up and realizes that stone cold reality, just maybe they'll remove cranium from back door, wise up, and sign the papers.
They can wait on Canelo being unable to make 155 - probably a year/18 months at most - and the payday will still be there. Furthermore, if GGG has all the belts by that time he'll probably be in a better negotiating position.

This is a negotiation technique people, move along. They would love a fight with a big name, but don't want to give up negotiation leverage.

Diego Corrales routinely weighed between 145-150lbs when he was at 130.

Nothing's changed, in spite of the pathetic comments in here.

Sounds good in theory but we know that's not how boxing works nowadays. Fighters get to pick and choose who they want to fight rather than facing who they are mandated to fight. Its unfortunate but its the way of this ***********al sport.
