LMAO at Trinidad being overrated. Hate is such an ugly sentiment. "Overrated"...... yeah.... all the way into the HOF. Lost 3 times to ATG's. Beat more than a handful of previously undefeated fighters. Not saying he would beat GGG at 160, but it would be a good, competitive fight. Trinidad must've ruined more than a few favorites here to see some of the venom he still gets. LOL.

Drugs are a wonderful thing it seems HAHA. Tito would have been put into a coma within 2-3 rounds by GGG, please man. Tito's chin was made of china and he was put on his ass several times by no names. ODLH gave him a boxing lesson at 147 and of course that complete BS terrible decision was given to Tito. Tito had great power but was overrated, he is just adored and worshipped by PR's that's all. I think actual skill wise, Cotto and Verdejo are better than he was.

Only if he could've drained GGG down below a 154lb. Outside of that Tito wouldn't have stood a chance against a heavy handed puncher like Golovkin because at Middleweight, his power would have betrayed him. His punches just didn't have the same amount of snap or pop on them as he moved up in weight to challenge naturally larger opponents.

GGG is naturally Bigger in weight but Trinidad carried his power and retained his speed when he fought at 154 and 160

Tito is actually taller and also had good skills for a reputed puncher as well

We really don't know how good GGG's chin is but we do know that that Tito will be throwing combos behind his jab with speed and power

Trinidad has a proven chin, only stopped once by Hopkins who was used counters, dirty tricks, movement, speed and an air tight defense to defeat Tito. Tito fought Big punchers like ODLH, Roy Jones, and Felix Trinidad and didn't get stopped

GGG may hit harder than Hopkins but he doesn't have the know how, the defense, the jab, counters or speed of B-hops

This wouldn't go to the cards for sure......As of now Im picking Trinidad by late round stoppage.....Trinidad is more proven in dog fights and he never quits you have to KHTFO....GGG hasn't been in a fight like this yet so Tito by stoppage in the tenth round

Aside of B-Hop and RJJ (Not Prime Tito and RJJ)

Tito was drooped due to being caught out of balance, meaning never hurt. GGG does not have the boxing capability of Winky, B-Hop or Oscar to consider that he will outbox Tito. It is a very intriguing fight but not at all to be consider to be one sided beat down by GGG tbh.

Joppy had never been dropped or KOed. He was the champion

Now if we were talking about ANY version of Margarito vs Tito I would pick Tito by murder in 3 rounds due to Margarito's chin resistance.

I find it funny how people say Trinidad is the better boxer of the two when he's been outclassed by Oscar, Hopkins, Wright and Jones and yet GGG is the one with the silver medal from the Olympics. Trinidad was never known as a boxer but as a puncher with pure punching power. GGG has a very strong amateur pedigree, never been KO'd or knocked down in the AM's or Pros.

I have to go with the naturally bigger GGG, with the good jab that dictates pace and distance. Also GGG has the better footwork. How many times have Trinidad been knocked down due to bad balance (footwork)? How many times have GGG been knocked down (answer is in earlier in the post).

Trinidad had the better career and legacy but in a mythical match up at 160, I go with the Kazakh.

Yes, GGG is unproven against top notch competition. But people have eyes and they know what they see. Tito on the other hand proved his limitations at middleweight. In my opinion Tito would not finish this fight. For about 3-5 rounds GGG will work behind the jab. Then he will punish the body and the head. Tito will not be just outboxed, but severely beat up due to his heart. The guy didn't have quit in him.

GGG hasn't beaten anyone of note, but I would pick him against Tito without hesitation.
