I find it hard to believe that Mayweather will stay retired, much respect to him if he does, but I would consider the winner of Cotto/Canelo to have the best risk\reward ratio, Pacquiao would be big but nowhere near as it was the first time around.

50-0, another title and off into the sunset.

After the IV debacle he ain't coming back, he doesnt want to be remembered as a cheater, and realizes that the chance he would get caught is much bigger now everyone being su****ious.

It's great for boxing the fraudster retired for good.

The real question is, whats so appealing about watching a fighter who's well past his prime? He left at the perfect time.

It will be GGG at 156. If Floyd is going to outpoint everyone he fights from now to eternity, he might as well make it worth his while and do it against GGG. Floyd wont stop anyone now, whoever it is and he wont stop GGG. GGG has no special effects who Floyd would beat said Floyd, so he might as well secure his legacy fight.

What in the holy hell are you talking about. Floyd has looked better than ever in his last fights. He can come back in May or September and dominate whoever they put in front of him, unless it's GGG.

I have no interest in Cotto/Canelo rematches no matter how spectacular they look in November. I would probably buy a May-Pac rematch only to see if Manny actually tries to press the action or if he'll just coast to an easy pay day like before... GGG would be the biggest fight by far for Floyd... If he won not only would he beat Marciano's record, but he would gain huge respect from everyone that's called him too cautious...

Floyd will be back IMO, personally I hope he stays retired. This sport has a lot of rebuilding to do since he destroyed it.
Huh? The sport has been on its death bed since the rise of the UFC. Every idiot knows that. Mayweather and Pacquiao kept the sport alive with their rivalry for the past couple of years and it all culminated in the most lucrative fight in the sport's nearly 150 year history. How did Floyd "kill" it?

If anything his retirement ( and Manny's imminent retirement) are what will pull the plug on boxing's life support.

is there really a Floyd fan who honestly truly believes what Floyd says?

                    I am retired!

He needs to fight the best!!
                      Algieri
                      Rios

PAC fought both of them. Why can't Floyd???

Or risk it all against, I am almost afraid to type his name, the Magic Man Malinaggi!

The same calibre of fighter PAC fought after being brutally, and I do mean brutally KTFO by that guy........ It's showtime!!!

                      Best Regards,
