They're holding the date for the Broner/Theopane megafight promoted by Mayweather Promotions with special appearances from J'Leon Love and Mickey Bey.

Yeah they didn't say the fight would be April 9th, I think that's just the day the new casino opens..

Could have been Steve Kim, I'm not sure, I don't follow too many people honestly. I don't have twitter installed on this tablet I'm on but it was probably Kim around 3-4 pm maybe....

OK now he saying itll be for George Strait but more than likely joking.

Ellerbe also tweeted that Floyd is RETIRED, end of discussion

Could be a secret and Floyd surprise but i dont think so

If Floyd's plan was to retire until more lucrative fights could be cultivated (this could be risky as he has to find ways to stay relevant) or in his case more reasons why people want to see him lose. It could very well be that fight fans take him at his word and move on. Obviously the Floyd obsessed find reasons to discuss him regardless of the conditions on the ground, but time waits for no man, and it merely pauses for calculating ones.

I keep thinking about how Floyd said he didn't care if he got good or bad press as long as he stayed relevant. Since that's the case, I wonder what he'll do next? Get saved and move to the Philippines?

The first time Floyd retired it was to duck a really strong division.

The second time he retired it was to make people forget how god awful his last 2 ppv events were.

Floyd will be back IMO, personally I hope he stays retired. This sport has a lot of rebuilding to do since he destroyed it.
