I never believed Floyd retired on Berto. I don't wanna see him fight anyone he's fought before, not at all. If he comes back, he gotta take the current boogieman at 154 (same day weigh in). That would be a cool fight.

I'm a huge fan of Floyd Mayweather but honestly I don't wanna see him fight again, he looked really past his prime in his last 3 fights, no balance on the offense at all and decreased power and stamina, not compelled to see him fight if he's a totally different fighter.

        Pacquiao/Golovkin/Cotto are the biggest threats.

If Khan or Thurman/Porter winner were to get it, I wouldn't mind.

I think he will reserve a date anyway with no promises. Maybe he will see how the scene develops between say now and February or something. If there's a good money fight he can win, then i think he'll do a bit of training, if he's feeling it then he might take the opportunity.

I think he is actually retired but is keeping his toes in the water by reserving a date, just incase there's an opportunity for the 50 and a big payday. If he does fight, after that it will be a full retirement i think.

Who could it be that's worth it? Pacquiao II obviously is still the biggest fight, even if the first was a stinker in most peoples eyes.

It won't be a Canelo rematch, i don't think Haymon/Floyd will do business with GBP now. With that said, Haymon and Arum are in a court case? So that might rule out any future business for now and put the brakes on a Pacquiao rematch.

Could they market a fight with Danny Garcia?? should Garcia beat Robert Guerrero on a PBC card and stay "undefeated". That might be a selling point, the undefeated thing, he's a Haymon fighter too. Let's be fair, if they have no qualms about making a fight with Berto, then Garcia is well within the frame.

I hope Floyd promises to fight the winner of a tournament like the super six.
Makes all the guys who have ability fight each other, beat the crap out of each other in the hope to make a big pay day.

Then in the end, stay retired and say "See, I cleaned up the sport/division!"

It could very well be that fight fans take him at his word and move on. Obviously the Floyd obsessed find reasons to discuss him regardless of the conditions on the ground, but time waits for no man, and it merely pauses for calculating ones.

I keep thinking about how Floyd said he didn't care if he got good or bad press as long as he stayed relevant. Since that's the case, I wonder what he'll do next? Get saved and move to the Philippines?
Join me in San Lorenzo village in Makati for Christmas. You, sugarkaine, Rath & spoon too. I can show you the best, and I do mean the best of the Phillipines.
It is a great country. I will be there from the 15th to the 2nd of Jan, 2016.

In 10 years, I will retire there. Cebu is amazing year round. Tagaitai is my ideal place to live in the Philippines.

I am more Pinoy than the Filipino Am guys who never even visited their homeland. On my gad, ay dios mio!!!

Great country, great people, great boxers.

Believe it or not, but look it up, I, as an American must pay The IRS tax on the money I earn here, or most countries.

                  Proof
Find tax filing and reporting information for U.S. citizens or resident aliens who reside and earn income overseas.

                  Is this crap fair???

                  Angry now.
                  Best Regards,
