You better re-watch the Hagler Roldan fight. Roldan's first round knock down of Hagler was a foul: Clearly the punch hit the back of Hagler's head. In the third, when Hagler knocked down Roldan, Roldan needed the ropes to stay inside the ring. In the tenth, Hagler knocks down Roldan again, and Roldan tells the ref, Tony Perez, that he quit. Fight over. And as swollen and smashed up as Roldan's face was, he made the right decision. Yes, Roldan fought throughout the fight, but Hagler did too, was throwing the harder punches, and clearly, Roldan was taking a beating.

Absolutely right. Marvin trounced him and roldan was a very awkward and difficult fighter and brutal one punch knockout artist. And by the way all those victories were when marvin was past his best but he was still crushing these killers past his prime.

If it hadn't been for that he would have never faced marvin.Leonard didnt win that fight it was too close to give to the challenger you have to knock the champion out to beat him. Marvin had leonard about to go had the fight been scheduled for 15 leonard wouldn't have made it to the final bell.

Marvin Hagler would have chewed golovkin up and spit him out. I have no doubt golovkin takes a brutal beating and is knocked out in crushing, spectacular, dramatic fashion. Just like all the rest.
